Another reason you suck:
The Illinois Student Assistance Commission announced today that the $400 million in student assistance was cut to $220 million dollars. An added bonus: They can't guarantee the money will be available for second semester.
In summary:
Buy a lottery ticket, or be ready to get loans with APRs of 20% which should guarantee you paying loans off well into your 40's (unless your doubly foolish and pursue graduate school like me). I'll be paying off loans when I'm in the nursing home.
